Matthew Morgan and the Lost Brigade have partnered with CAUDog Records for their upcoming release, a follow-up to Morgan’s first album, Red Silhouettes and “found” a whole new side of the band in the process.
The new album “Found” showcases an ambitious selection of songs co-written by the band as well as Morgan and feature an eclectic line-up of instruments including banjo, violin, electric and acoustic guitars, drums, bass and percussion. The six-piece band is a firehouse of delicate melodies, gut-wrenching passion and combine old-school and new-school Americana.
“Found” is produced by Ellis Clark, whose credits include American Idol finalist Crystal Bowersox, Nikki Sudden (with Jeff Tweedy) and Kim Thayil (Soundgarden) as well as the eight-album CAUDog Records catalog.
